Instructions for use:

Prepare the Herbal Steam:
- Boil 2-3 cups of water. Once boiling, turn off the heat and add approximately 1/2 cup of the Yoni Steam Blend to the water

Allow the herbs to infuse:
- Cover the pot and let the herbs steep for 5-10 mins to fully release their beneficial properties.

Prepare Your Steam Setup:
- Carefully pour the infused water into a heat-safe bowl or steaming seat. Make sure the steam is warm but not too hot to avoid discomfort. Test the temperature with your hand.

Create a Comfortable Space:
- Undress from the waist down, and position yourself over the bowl or steaming seat. Drape a large towel or blanket around your waist and the bowl to trap the steam.

Relax & Steam:
- Sit comfortably for 20-30mins, allowing the steam to gently rise and cleanse the yoni area. Breathe deeply and relax.

Aftercare:
- After steaming, wrap yourself in a warm blanket and rest for at least 10-15 mins. Stay hydrated and take this time to reflect or meditate.
Note:
- Yoni steaming is best done after menstruation so avoid steaming during your period.
- Avoid steaming while pregnant, or if you have an active vaginal infection.
